Gauge Potential is a boutique blog located out of historic Newnan, GA. We were founded in 2005 as a consultancy to help small- and medium-sized companies compete with the larger enterprises of the world. While invested whole-heartedly in this task we quickly realized the need to share what we were learning with a larger audience.
We began by providing local businesses and friends with insight into how they could improve their businesses including improved customer segmentation, comprehensive marketing plans, competitive research reports and process improvement strategies. Then we decided to branch out to help all businesses in need. We are passionate about business and fanatical about technology and innovation.
We have first-hand experience with the challenges large, medium and small companies have when trying to add value to an ever-changing environment not knowing where to focus their limited potential (time, money, allocated development hours, etc…). David has earned a Bachelor degree in Finance from University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He started his career working with organizations to analyze and implement better business strategies and build financial models to help improve goal setting as well as profitability. Over the years, he has significantly contributed to many different business successes from implementing an organizations first Sarbanes Oxley strategy and defining the first warehouse asset control process to helping a national chain of Universities move their entire student acquisition strategy online. Later David worked with a Fortune 500 where he led their digital transformation and then founded an internal startup for another large organization where he build a global Consumer Electronics brand online.
David has the unique ability to look at all facets within a business to design a strategy that fits into all areas. David lives in Newnan, Georgia with his wife and 4 children.
